Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

We offer refund / exchange within first 4 days from the date of your purchase. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.


You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

We offer returns/exchanges within 4 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- The product has defects related to stitching, printing, or packaging. Only under these conditions will the product be eligible for return.

- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, we will not proceed with the query.

- For all return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once quality check on the product has been approved. This will be shared with you via your registered email address/mobile number.

- If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will exchange it for another product or issue a credit note in the form of a coupon that can be used on our website for your next online purchase.

TIMELINE OF RETURN/EXCHANGE

- Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.

- Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area.

- Once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Upon approval, your exchange/return query will be processed further.

- Estimated delivery for all exchange queries falls between 7-10 working days.
- In case of returns, estimated time for issuance of credit note is 24-48 hours after the quality check is done at our warehouse.

Cancellations of orders are only permitted if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

All prepaid orders are final. If a prepaid order is not accepted by the customer upon delivery, neither will customer inquiries regarding the matter be addressed, nor will any refund be provided.

We do not offer any cancellations or refunds. Any refunds are issued in the form of a credit note equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within six (6) months. Credit notes are non-refundable and are only redeemable on our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

STEPS TO USE CREDIT NOTE

A credit note will be issued under the specified conditions mentioned on this page and the credit note can be used as follows:

- Log in to your account.

- Select the product you wish to order.

- On the payment page, enter your credit note details in the designated gift card field.

- The final order value will be adjusted to reflect the amount deducted from the credit note.


You can exchange/return the product(s) purchased from us, provided the product(s) satisfy the following mandatory conditions:

- The size you ordered is incorrect, although we advise you to adhere to the size chart and order according to the measurements.

- Both the product and shipping package have been damaged.

- The product is defective.

- Parts of the product or accessories are missing.

- The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.

- The brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.

- The product is not altered unless proven to be a vendor defect.

- The return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought, and the product matches our records.

- There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.

- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.

- Products returned should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.

- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

Returns of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse logistics partners. Upon receipt of a request for the return of a product on mannnclothing.co.in and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse logistics partners may contact you to collect the purchased products from you.

We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By agreeing to use the Mann Clothing exchanges portal and/or initiating a request to purchase product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, you are advised not to transact on mannnclothing.co.in.

Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of the policy governing your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on mannnclothing.co.in. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
