Shipping Policy
Order Processing
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Ensure all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Mann Clothing does not ship on major holidays.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not see the confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam folder.
Due to high demand, some items may become unavailable even after an order is placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Mann Clothing at any time.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Pre-Order Policy
Items marked as pre-orders will ship upon arrival at our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items using the payment method provided. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. For any questions, please contact our team at mannclothing.co@gmail.com.
Shipping Methods
For orders within India, Mann Clothing offers complimentary 3-5 day standard shipping.
Once the order leaves our warehouse and you have received details from the courier partner about the status of the shipment, the courier company is liable for the delivery of the goods.

Lost Packages
Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Mann Clothing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

During any sale or promotion period, all sales are final. Mann Clothing reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No price adjustments will be made for purchases if Mann Clothing lowers the price of an item you have already purchased.
